Senior Solutions Architect - Agentic AI

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect – Agentic AI to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI automation, including agentic workflows , multi-agent orchestration , and AI-assisted or autonomous processes across key business functions.

In this role, you will architect advanced AI systems, guide cross-functional delivery teams, and help shape the standards, governance, and reusable frameworks that define enterprise AI excellence.

What You’ll Do

Architect & Deliver Intelligent AI Systems

• Design end-to-end agentic AI and multi-agent solutions using frameworks like LangChain , Autogen , and Azure AI Agent Service
• Build robust orchestration patterns with memory, routing, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Deliver intuitive conversational and autonomous workflows with clear traceability

Lead High-Impact Delivery Teams

• Partner with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to deploy rapid, high-ROI automation
• Develop reusable components, libraries, and standards for consistent delivery

Define Standards & Governance

• Establish best practices for agent safety, architecture, and validation
• Maintain an enterprise agent registry and reusable solution patterns

Enable Enterprise AI Adoption

• Champion AI capabilities across the organization
• Mentor teams on scalable agentic and generative AI design

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 10+ years in solution architecture, automation, or enterprise platforms
• 3+ years architecting production-grade agentic AI systems
• Strong delivery background in large, complex enterprise environments

Technical Skills

• Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, Autogen, Azure AI Agent Service)
• Multi-agent orchestration & generative AI
• Cloud-native architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• CI/CD, IaC, Docker, Kubernetes
• Enterprise integrations (REST, GraphQL, ERP/CRM/ITSM)
• AI security, privacy, and compliance practices
